罗胜联,博士,教授,博士生导师。国家杰出青年科学基金获得者,湖南大学“985”工程首席科学家,江西省“555”赣鄱英才首批人选,湖南省“121”人才工程第一层次人选,江西省主要学科学术和技术带头人,华中科技大学和中南大学兼职教授。现任国家自然科学基金环境工程学科评议组专家,国家环境保护有色金属工业污染控制工程技术中心学术委员会副主任,环境生物与控制教育部重点实验室学术委员会委员。先后获得国家科技进步二等奖、国家技术发明二等奖、何梁何利基金科学与技术创新奖、湖南省科技进步一等奖、教育部高校科技进步一等奖、湖南省自然科学二等奖。主要研究领域包括水污染控制技术、重金属污染生态修复与环境生物电化学技术、CO2与NOx减排技术等。主持国家基金重点与面上项目、国际合作重点项目、863前沿探索项目、湖南省重大科技专项等科研项目20余项,发表研究论文200余篇(SCI收录181篇),获国家授权发明专利20项,出版专著3部。获2012、2013年度国际能源与环境领域大奖ENI奖的两次提名。
