个人情况简介:
许怀哲教授,博导。兰州大学物理系1984年本科毕业,1990年硕士毕业,1995年凝聚态物理专业博士毕业,获理学博士学位。1997年6月中国科学技术大学研究生院(北京)博士后出站,1997-2000年任中国科学院半导体研究所,半导体材料科学重点实验室副研究员和课题组副组长。1999年元月到2003年4月间,先后在英国诺丁汉大学(Nottingham University)物理与天文系(Research Staff,公派),日本筑波大学(Tsukuba University)物理工学系(助手,Assistant Professor),美国俄克拉荷马大学(Oklahoma University)电机系(Research Associate)等,从事半导体低维材料和红外激光器的分子束外延生长研究,在国际上最早实现了InGaAs量子点在GaAs(3110)B衬底上的二维有序生长。从2003年5月起到2006年5月间,在日本国东北大学(Tohoku University),电气通讯研究所(RIEC),“铁磁半导体之父”---大野英男(Hideo Ohno)教授研究室,任职产学官连携研究员(Research Fellow),参加了日本文部科学省RR2002 IT Program:“高性能,超低消耗电力存储器的开发”项目。已经发表论文116篇(第一作者49篇),其中SCI收录英文论文87篇(第一作者48篇,APL--6篇,Phys.Rev.B--2篇,J.Appl.Phys.--7篇),被引用500余次。2001和2002年分别发表的在美《Appl . Phys . Lett》上有关自旋电子学器件的论文已成为该领域研究必引的论文(已被他引96次和46次)。作为参加者和主要参加者,曾先后获得国家自然科学二等奖(2001年,排名第11),中国科学院自然科学一等奖(2000年,排名第11)和甘肃省省级科技进步一等奖(1995,排名第5)和二等奖(1996,排名第5)各一项。2006年6月辞职回国,任北京航空航天大学凝聚态物理教授,博士生导师,物理科学与核能工程学院研究生教学副院长。兼职上海交通大学教育部“微纳技术”实验室客座教授;教育部“微纳测控与低维物理”实验室教授。目前主要从事有关稀磁性半导体材料中的自旋相关特性,低维半导体结构中的量子自旋电子输运,石墨烯能带调控和载流子相对论输运特性研究。
教学及人才培养情况:
现讲授博士,硕士研究生《薄膜表面与界面物理》,《凝聚态物理综合课》,本科生《电动力学》课程。现有再读博士研究生4名,硕士研究生1名,毕业硕士研究生1名。拟每年招收1-2名博士生和1-2名硕士生。目前承担国家“973”重点项目子课题“高容量、长寿命纳米负极储锂材料制备及应用基础研究”100万元,欢迎有志从事低维半导体结构量子特性,半导体自旋电子学和锂离子电池材料物理研究的同学报考。
