1970-1976河北省廊坊市钨钼材料厂,负责钨钼材料技术工作

1978-1981北京钢铁研究总院,金属材料专业硕士研究生,获硕士学位
1982-1986北京科技大学材料科学与工程系,讲师,担任粉末冶金、金属学和热处理等方面的教学和科研工作
1986-1988加拿大Mc Master University材料科学与工程系,访问学者,研究陶瓷材料
1988-1992荷兰University of Twente机械工程系材料科学部,博士研究生,研究金属陶瓷复合材料,于1992年获该校博士学位;
1993-1994美国Taxten公司研究所做博士后,研究金属陶瓷复合材料
1994-现在北京航空航天大学材料科学与工程学院,任教授,博士生导师。

作为项目负责人,主持多项国家级和部委级科研项目,其中包括国防预研项目、国家自然科学基金项目、武器装备预研基金项目、航空基金项目等。取得了多项重要的科研成果。获得授权专利三项,出版专著一部,发表论文100余篇,其中多篇被SCI、EI和ISTP收录。培养了多名博士研究生和硕士研究生。获北京市高等教育教学成果一等奖、北京航空航天大学优秀教学成果一等奖等奖励。
