研究领域
1、 生物质废物热化学能源化技术
生物质废物可燃分高,而且碳中性,是可再生的低碳能源。但生物质废物含水率高、成分复杂,实现其能源化亟需高效低耗新技术的支撑。我课题组开发以BECCS(Biomass Energy with CCS)为核心概念的热化学技术,碳中性的生物质(废物)在转化为富氢或纯氢燃气的同时,实施原位碳捕集,提高了生物质废物能源化的品质,同时实现大气CO2的负排放。
具体研究方向方向包括:高效预处理技术、污泥-木质废物二元共气化、催化-吸附双重加强生物质气化制富氢燃气、化学链自氧化催化重整、循环型碱热处理生物质废物制氢、热化学过程污染物识别与控制技术等。
涉及专业知识:固废资源化工程、化学反应工程、材料科学与工程、热能工程。
2、 可持续型二氧化碳捕集技术
CO2是最重要的人为源温室气体,碳捕集技术为削减CO2排放提供了可行的方案。化学吸收(如胺淋洗、钙基吸收等)捕集效率高,但解吸耗能过大、吸收剂循环性能较差;物理吸附虽然脱附再生便利,但吸附剂成本高、捕集效率差。我课题组主要针对以上问题,开发低成本、高效率、高循环性能、低能耗的可持续的CO2捕集技术,主要以钙基、镁基、碱金属锆酸盐/正硅酸盐等中高温度段固体吸收剂为主。
涉及专业知识:化学反应工程、材料科学与工程、化工热力学、热能工程等。
3、 二氧化碳利用与转化技术
碳捕集过程聚集大量高纯度CO2,但地质封存技术尚不能满足商业化需求,且受到邻避效应制约。开发大规模CO2的利用与转化技术可解决这一难题。我课题组重点开发的技术包括:高浓度下的微藻捕碳技术、微藻能源化技术、超临界CO2应用技术、CO2干式重整技术、CO2催化还原高级过程等等。
涉及专业知识:环境工程、藻类学、生物燃料技术、化学反应工程、材料科学与工程、催化科学等。
课题组成员:
1、 姬国钊:博士后(入选2016清华大学国际博士后交流计划A类),入站前获得澳大利亚昆士兰大学(University of Queensland)化学工程博士学位,研究领域为高温下工业气体分离过程的数值模拟与试验研究等。目前在站从事生物质废物热化学过程以及CCS过程中气体分离技术的研究;
2、 范怡然:博士后(入选2017清华大学国际博士后交流计划A类),入站前获得英国帝国理工学院(Imperial College London)环境工程博士学位,研究领域为生物质废物热解资源化技术。
3、 Zaki Memon 梅在天:2014级普博生(巴基斯坦),从事碱金属锆酸盐应用于吸附加强的生物质催化重整技术研究;
4、 Arun Vuppaladadiyam 吴克利:2015级普博生(印度),从事钙循环碳捕集与可再生能源(微藻)耦合的高级碳捕集技术;
