陈小平博士现任中国科学技术大学教授,国际顶级期刊JAIR和KER编委,中国RoboCup委员会主席,2008和2015RoboCup机器人世界杯及学术大会主席,2015世界人工智能联合大会机器人系列主席。创建并领导中国科大机器人实验室,取得智能机器人和多Agent系统系列化创新成果,先后获得10项世界冠军,2007年和2014年分别夺得RoboCup机器人世界杯总分第一。中国科大“可佳”智能机器人总设计师,“可佳”工程创建者和领导者,提出基于开放知识的机器人智能技术路线,团队自主研发的“可佳”机器人于2014年获国际服务机器人标准测试第一名,2013年获第23届世界人工智能联合大会最佳自主机器人奖和通用机器人技能奖,2012年入选JHRI全球人-机器人互动5个代表性大型系统之一。2014年获第三届国际机器人智能大会最佳论文奖。
